DINING GUIDELINES
ATTIRE STANDARDS
Fine casual dining. Guest attire can elevate or diminish the experience of others. We consider hats, tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire too casual for our restaurants. Our staff takes pride in their appearance, and we ask our guests to respect our attire guidelines.
PAYMENTS
Cashless payment is preferred. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
FAMILIES
Our restaurant is not ideally suited for young children. While families are welcome, we kindly ask parents to ensure their children remain seated at the table and to step outside the dining room to calm vocal infants or active youngsters. Please note that we do not provide child seating options and strollers are not permitted in the dining room.
Reservation Guidelines
Reservations for dinner are available through Resy and are highly recommended. To best accommodate our guests, we allow a 2-hour dining experience for parties of 4 or fewer, 2.5 hours for 5-6 guests, and up to 3 hours for parties larger than 6. We provide a 15-minute grace period to hold a reservation; after that, the reservation is forfeited. Dining room reservations are available for parties of up to 6 guests on a limited basis.
Please note that parties of 6 or more will incur a 22% service charge. Bar seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis. During weekends and peak times, our staff will manage bar seating to accommodate all guests efficiently.
Large parties are booked at Southern National’s discretion. Reservations for parties larger than 6 require a $25 per person deposit, which will be credited to the bill on the day of dining. Please use the private dining section on our website to inquire about booking our semi-private space.

Reservation Cancellation Fee: Guests may be charged $25.00 per person for all reservations not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation. This fee may also apply if a guest fails to show up for their reservation.
DEVICES
To minimize distractions to other guests, please take cell phone conversations out of seated areas, and set devices to silent.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
While we consider special requests, modifications are not always possible as they can impact the focus of the kitchen and the integrity of many dishes.

Please notify us of any allergies as the ingredients listed on the menu are abbreviated.
TAKE HOME SERViCE
Our focus is on full-service dining. We do offer an abbreviated take home program of a la carte items that tend to travel well as an accommodation to our guests. As is the nature of take home, we appreciate your understanding that presentation and experience can be different than enjoying in the restaurant. Some popular favorites are unavailable because part of the magic comes from enjoying them moments after preparation. We do not offer utensils as our take home food is intended to be enjoyed at home.
